There is a fee for making an online payment. Please see below for a schedule of fees.
To make it easier for our clients, we have recently contracted with Official Payments to begin taking credit card, debit card and e-check payments online.
To make your payment online, please click on the underlined Online Payments here or above, where you will be taken to the on-line payment screens. Please follow the instructions to fill in your personal and payment information. Enter the payment information with a decimal point, but do not use a dollar sign or a comma.
If you are making a payment for a client from your bank account or credit card, please put the client's name on the first screen, and your information on the credit card information screen (third page), if applicable. At the bottom of the second screen, you can uncheck the "copy my contact information to the billing and credit card/bank account information page (next screen) notation at the bottom of the page, and fill in your credit card/bank account information.
Please note that if you are wishing to make a donation to the Commission on Aging, along with your payment, enter the entire amount of both your payment and donation in the payment line. Under "Comments" put "Donation" and the amount of that donation. Payments made over the amount due on the account will automatically be credited to the clients account and will not be not assumed as a donation.
It is possible that you may need to turn off the pop-up blockers on your computer prior to making payments.
There is a fee associated with online payments. Please click on the picture below for the schedule of fee's related to online payments. If you wish to pay via electronic check (EFT transfer), the charge is a flat rate of $2.50 per payment.
