Active For Life

  • Monday
  • 9:30 - 10 a.m. 
  • Free
Low impact chair exercise class led by Evelyn Lambert. This class will help you increase your overall strength and flexibility.

Blood Pressure

  • 1st Tuesday Monthly - 11 a.m. - Noon by Kathy S., RN
  • 3rd Tuesday Monthly -11 a.m. - Noon by TC Fire Department
  • Free
Have your blood pressure checked each month.

Led by Karen Belanger, certified personal trainer. Karen uses music, mats, stretch bands, balls and all kinds of tricks to keep this class fresh, interesting and challenging to build your strength inside and out.
